I love having all the info right at my fingertips. it shows fresh and frozen cook times for each item. it's only 4 stars for two reasons: 1] the colors are off by a page from what I think so I always end up on the wrong section and have to flip back, and 2] the wire binding is hard to move so I have to be super careful when I flip the pages, lest they tear. otherwise, it stays fully attached to my fridge. the magnet is sufficiently strong. and the idea is a great one!

I use this frequently to look up cooking times for a variety of items that I make in the instant pot. It even gives liquid to food ratios so there's no guess work.

This book can always be found because it is stuck to my refrigerator right next to the counter with my insta-pot. I was having trouble trying to figure out how long to cook on my cooker and now I have the answer right at my finger tips. The food tastes a lot better when it hasn't been cooked too long.

There are a lot of things to like about this pressure cooker guide. This is a sturdy laminated cheat sheet booklet that can be hung one of two ways: the wire-bound hook at the top or the magnet that is on the back. The magnet is a hefty 6 1/2 inch x 4 1/4 inch magnet that sticks very well to the fridge. Either way is helpful to have it instantly available for anytime you want to do some pressure cooking.I really appreciate the larger font as opposed to the very tiny print of my other pressure cooker guide; it makes it so much easier to read the measurements, even the ones in the shaded rows. I also find some of the detailed cooking information very helpful. For example, it doesn't just give you one cooking time for beans, it gives you the cooking times for various levels of tenderness: very soft, soft, or firm. Although I do not live in a high altitude area, this guide also gives a nice conversion chart for those who need it.Overall, this is a great pressure cooking cheat sheet that makes life just a little bit easier!

I like thew foods listed and so far every time I have used this my food turned out exactly as it should. I like not having to use my phone when cooking to look up the settings and this securely stays on the side of my fridge (great magnet) and keeps me from having to look up the info I need online. This has vivid colors and is easy to read too. I love it and it would also make a great gift to anyone with an instant pot.

I work 11-15 hours a day and don't have time for much cooking when I get home or on weekends. Having this "cheat sheet" book stuck to my fridge has been super helpful. Pull it off the fridge, snap a pic of the ingredients I need for the next dish, hit up the store on the way home from work the next night and mix things up to stick in the pot!A wide variety of options to suit my own tastes or my friends' preferences in case I want to host. Nicely bound so recipe cards flip over and lay flat. Easy to thumb through while browsing options. When I'm done, it doesn't need a shelf or drawer, just *snap* back to my fridge it goes! Very handy!
