I was trying to remove a 5/16 SAE or 8mm Metric bolt from a window regulator using special sockets for about a week; I researched for the best sockets from Amazon and purchased 3 of them - best brands, shallow type, flat, spanner, etc.; none worked, and all eventually rounded the bolt's head. I searched for solutions from youtube and found a similar tool like this. This extractor came to the rescue and got the job done in 2 seconds! Whew! Thank you!

I only needed one item in this kit for now, and since I didn't know the exact size I didn't want to run multiple times back to the store to buy a single extractor. Actually this whole case of extractors was almost the same price as two extractors from the hardware store. These are well made and work perfectly for my needs I'm glad I have them in case I need anything like it in the future.

Bought this tool hoping it would work on a head bolt that was rounded off from beíng tight. For the price I was very skeptical, especially since head bolts are tight and wasn't sure it would have no strength to get it put it on and it worked fantastic pulled that head bolt out without a problem. Definitely recommend.

I used this to remove a battery cable 5/16 nut was corroded. It worked great! It took less than a minute and I had previously tried sockets, vice grips and pliers. I was a little worried since the smallest socket was 8mm (5/16). I would recommend this product. Delivery was late due to inclement weather by a day. That is acceptable .

Good product for price, descent fabrication ( very good durability) undid about 6 stripped caliper bolts and held up strong !! I’m sure the other sizes in the kit will be just as durable…
