I needed to attach some repair brackets to a lawn mower and these self-driller screws worked great. With a nut driver on a regular cordless drill to hold the head and a little pressure, they easily drilled through and then set a thread into sheet metal ranging from the light 18 awg body panels to the 11 awg frame. They worked flawlessly in my project and having this assortment is well worth the space in your front line tool carrier. The case is durable and come thoughtfully taped shut to guard against any spills in transit.
