The force needed to separate the glass caused further damage to the phone, needed to submit a replacement claim with our cell phone carrier.

All the pieces were not present from what the picture shows and the little circle lense pieces were not the correct size. I must have been sent a used product since things were wrong & missing. Disappointing to say the least, but will return and try again.
