Despite the low price, these are surprisingly sharp and seem to be staying that way. Have cut many feet of board so far with no issues. As with all lock miter bits, they are a fiddle to setup first time but when you get it the way you want it, cut a guide piece in MDF for future setup.

I've used it twice now and it works okay, It doesn't cost much and so don't think it will work as well as a $40 bit because it won't.It makes an accurate cut but it's not as smooth and easy as a quality bit. You just have to go slower and really let the bit hit the wood more often. For a beginner like me, it's fine. These are very hard to setup and get just right and it took about 30 minutes of test cuts before I got it dialed in. Once it's set, the corners will lock together but if you didn't do a smooth job of cutting, it will look a little funky. So I learned to take my time and feed the wood slowly. The results were acceptable, not amazing but they did the job.

I had never used these before, but I wanted to try them out to help save time on a large wall unit and cabinet project I am helping a neighbor with in order to save time, and it was great. The quality seems pretty average for router bits at this price level, with some minor paint issues, etc, but no real defects in the metal or anything to be concerned about. They come wrapped separately and protected, but I went ahead and built a case for them that matches the ones I built for my other router bits.I had to play around with them to get my positions set correctly, but once I did I was able to just start feeding long material into my router setup to get lots of footage of board done and ready to cut down into the actual sizes I needed, and it was so much faster to get tons of parts assembled after that. A huge time saver, especially on a project that I am doing for free. I did a full 20 foot wall of stuff and the bits seem to be plenty sharp still, though it was all soft pine and I wasn't ramming it through or anything.

These router bits are a good value. The three sizes are nice to have. They are sharp and seem well made.

I have not needed to use these yet but my first impression is quality control is lacking some. All the bits came nicely individually wrapped and packaged to protect them. This was a plus. However, after I continued to open each one I noticed different paint quality on each bit. Two looked like they were more powder coated while the third looked like it had been more or less sprayed.A lot of router bits I've purchased in the past have come with a wax layer protecting the carbide blades. These did not. They only came wrapped in foam packing wrap or bubble wrap. There also was very little machine oil on them to prevent rust. I don't consider the machine oil a plus or minus here because generally, my bits do not rust due to the way I store them. The carbide blades appeared to be varied in thickness with at least one thinner than the other two. I'm not sure how this will affect the precision but will more than likely affect the durability over time since the blade will dull faster.I do look forward to using them to see how they compare with other 45-degree lock bits I have. Hopefully, these will have easier setup in order to use.

This router bit held up well even after several passes through hardwood. It stayed sharp, and I’m impressed with its durability. Great value!

This is supposed to be for 1/2", 5/8", and 3/4". But, the two smaller pieces are both 5/8" tall and have the same profile. One is just larger in diameter. Whoever created these didn't know how to use them. The bit for 3/4" is actually almost 1" tall. It's also 2" in diameter, with a little 1/4" shaft. That shaft is way too small for a 2" bit. It's going to get bent.

I am used to router bit selection, but these are different, it would have helped if they came with some instructions.Had to go through You Tube videos to find my answers.
