Dropped my 08 ultra classic a inch and that’s made it much more comfortable when at the traffic lights really had to remove and replace a couple of the bolts that I had installed in the wrong place so do double check how it all looks before finishing and lock tighten application

Easy to install but the angle of the shocks hit the saddle bags when you do a 3" drop. They will go on the bike you just have to bend the bag and it rub's the back of the bag.

There were no instructions with it, but after a little standing on my hands looking at it in a mirror, I figured it out OK. It dropped the rear end just fine, and I haven’t noticed a large difference in handling (09 Ultra Geezer Glide). I was a bit too leery in taking it down the full 3 inches due to concerns about the electrical wires in the fender well, you may want to research it a bit more if that’s your plan. Final words: Inexpensive and easy to install. Let’s see how it stands up to the test of time.

Very easy installation even without instructions. Takes about 20 minutes. Lowered 1" and makes a big difference for footing and getting on and off.

Sorry, I forgot to take pictures while installing but this was just too quick and easy. I haven't ridden the bile yet, a 2015 Electraglide Ultra. Instructions are not included. This mount adjusts the angle of the rear shocks to achieve the desired seat height change.Tools required;3/4 inch wrenchSocket set with 3/4 inch socket and medium extension.Torque wrench.Tube of Blue Loctite.Support the bike with a floor jack, bike can be resting on the kickstand while supported by the jack.Remove the hard bags.Release the air pressure from the shocks.Loosen the upper shock bolt. Don't remove it completely. It only needs to be a little loose.Remove the lower shock bolt.Install the new mount, three holes face to the rear behind the axle, single hole goes into the shock mounting hole with the short supplied bolt and a lock washer, use a little Loctite on the bolt. The big round tab goes in facing the wheel. Snug the bolt lightly. Don't completely tighten any bolts until both sides are installed.Choose which shock mount hole in the new mount you are going to use. The hole closest to the axle is for a 1 inch adjustment, the hole furthest to the rear away from the axle is the 3 inch adjustment hole. I used the 1 inch for starters.Place a flat washer on one of the supplies bolts and put a little Loctite on the threads.Adjust the floor jack up or down to allow the bolt to go through the shock and through new mount. Place the locking nut on the bolt. don't completely tighten the bolts yet.Do side two.Lower the jack to add a little pressure onto the new mount. Don't need to lower it completely yet.Tighten all the bolts to 35-40 foot pounds.Reinflate the shocks. I used 12psi.Wipe off any fingerprints off the chrome exhaust or they could be permanent markings!Remove the jack and you're done. You may need to adjust your headlight down a bit.My feet were completely on the ground before the install but I needed a little more stability because I'm often on gravel and my feet have slid out from under me. These should help that issue. For the price I think its well worth it. Will add a little more after the test ride if its necessary.

I put these on a 2011 Roadking Standard. Easy installation. I went 2'' probably could of gone 3'' but top of shock was hitting the chrome fender cover as it does change the angle of the shock. Also 2'' was JUST enough to get the jack out from under my bike. Took about 20-30min for install with correct equipment. Didn't change the ride quality at all that I can tell so far. I feel much better on the bike and this has made it much easier to maneuver and sit flatfooted. I'm right at 6' so sitting flatfooted wasn't a big deal, I could do it before, but backing the bike out is so much easier now. The equipment fees like good quality too. I would buy them again and recommend them to a friend.

not a hard install but no instructions go to you tube lowered mine 2013 Streetglide 2 inches and it did lower that -- but first time I rode it bike had a clunking noise from rear couldn't' locate the noise everything was still tight not sure if I'm gonna keep them on— just got through checking bike had a stripped nut replaced noise went away now gonna keep working like it should

I easily installed this kit on my 2011 Road Glide. Having said that I have a bike lift and frame jack that made the installation very easy. Not sure how easy it would be without those tools. In my opinion I cannot see any issues with it. I lowered it 2 inches that visibly changed the stance of the bike. I ran 30psi in my shocks and took my bike out for a test drive. I did not notice any change in the bikes suspension or handling performance.UPDATE!!!!I ruined a brand new back tire. Lowered 2 inches, it was rubbing on my rear fender. Didnt realize until i cleaned my bike. Took my bags off and the outside of the bag that was facing into the bike were covered in rubber dust. Then cleaned the rim and the same. All of the back end of the bike was coated in rubber dust. I didnt have many miles on it. Thank god i found out now, my rear tire is worn flat. They are coming off. There is no way to check tire clearance once installed. If you used this kit, check your tire now before riding again. I am not happy about it.

Install was easy. Yes, it lowered the bike and when sitting there, it was great. Took the bike out for a test run and I have to say, the worst ride of my life. If there's a hair line crack in the pavement trust me, you're going to feel it. Any dip in the road the rear tire would contact the rear fender. I understand that this is a very cheap solution when lowering your bike, and it does. But it's not worth the torture it will put you through and the damage it will cause in result.
