The kiddos in my class love it, I notice they use it often, it holds their interest, with its bright colors and details. Every class should have one.

I love geography, maps and globes and wanted an inexpensive 13" globe. Nice, clear, precise and colorful.Attractive. Good value for the price.

I highly recommend this globe. It seems well made, all features are clearly marked, and the colors are great.

Very convenient in size, light weight, and requires no installation. Also, it doesn't light up but similar ones may do. I did not opt for a lighted globe as it's unnecessary. It's elegant, educational, accurate geographic location, very easy to read and study. It reveals Ocean currents and how it functions or influence water bodies, temperatures, and weather.

It's a pretty good globe overall. About 3/16th of an inch is duplicated at the equator (Quito, Ecuador shows both above and below the equator). It is also made in China, and seems to reflect a Chinese censor's view of the world.- Country names are generally colloquial English names (South Korea/North Korea), with the exception of China, which is listed as 'People's Republic of China.' Interestingly, the US is listed just as 'United States,' the word America isn't there.- Taiwan is shown in the same color as China, and is not marked as 'Taiwan'- The 9 dash line in the South China Sea is there, with an extra line around TaiwanOther non-China related notables- Kashmir is shown in white, not the color of India or Pakistan- Israel encompasses Israel, the West Bank, and Gaza; and then has Palestine and West Bank listed next to it. No capital is indicated for Israel, Gaza, or the West Bank.- All of occupied Ukraine is still shown as Ukraine- Western Sahara is shown in a different color than Morocco, but 'Western Sahara' is not in all caps (country names are in all caps), but is bolded.

Just the right size for our desk top, we can see where we want to go and where we have been, very well made and moves really well, just the ticket.

This is an awful product. Totally inaccurate unless you are in communist China and their version of the world. It's colorful and nice and shiney, but if you're looking for a proper geography lesson, or at least how the rest of the world measures it, DO NOT get this globe. Plus, you have to pay around 85.00 to return it. I'm going to use it as a kickball instead.Specifically, it is missing the ocean currents that they advertise. It is also missing the marked deserts they advertise. They mis-spell the word "ocean" in at least one case and Easter Island is misspelled. The island of Maui is missing from Hawaii. The longitude lines do not align at the equator and so there's a lot of distortion of equatorial regions. They add islands that do not exist. Cities are misplaced and borders are only very approximately correct. Particularly, the borders of the US states are wildly inaccurate. Latitude lines dip and warp.
