This is great! My kid doesn’t like to be in the dark at night. We have several night lights in her room, but I got this one too. It’s bright but not as bright as having the actual light on the ceiling on in there. It rotates through all the colors and is fun to watch the glitter moving around. I had one similar to this when I was a kid but I remember mine got super hot. This one puts out no heat and I love that. I don’t have to worry about what if it gets too hot and causes a fire. Not a issue. Also, this is 1 piece. The one I had as a kid was 3 pieces and if you knocked it over accidentally then it went tumbling down and potentially broke because it was glass. This one is one piece and the main part is plastic. Love that! Ideal for a child’s room. I also love that it plugs into an outlet. With all the nightlights we have, we go through SO many batteries. It’s nice this can be on all night (and throughout the day most of the time) and it doesn’t require battery changes. 10/10 recommended.*My only wish is that you would be able to select just 1 color at a time rather than it rotating through all of them. However, that is a very specific detail that would make this really exceed expectations, but not necessary for this already great product.

My daughter loves this. She had been wanting a lava lamp because she thinks they're so cool. So she turns it on every once in a while and she loves how it looks.

It's gorgeous, but I thought you could put it on a certain color. You can't. It just turns on and quickly cycles through all of the colors. I bought it for relaxation, but it's more of a party lamp.

I love the color and size of this lava lamp. The quality is great and the value for money is worth it. The heat level does get a bit hot and that worries me sometimes but we turn it off once it starts to get too hot to the touch.

I have had these in the past and now they have shrunk it. Very Disappointing that they have made them so much smaller, not so much enjoyable to watch. Plus, it uses a C style plug to USB cord for power. I ask for it to be in an amazon box and they cannot follow instructions, this is not the first time either. If I did not want this to replace my old one, I would just return this. Just not happy on how much they have shrunk the entire thing, compared to my old one I would have to say they shrunk it down about half. The color changing is not consistent either, the red, blue and purple does not change each time kind of skips those colors 2/3 times before you get to see them. It is not a true 7 color changing when you do not get to see certain colors accordingly like it suppose to show. Not worth the price, sorry to say.
