top of blue tray was missing and this was the size I needed. If possible I would rather the missing peice be sent to me without having to do the entire refund process and get a new set.

Absolutely disgusting... these came used!! And the person who used them left a blob of wax in the bag that they used to try to make an impression of their teeth and there’s wax wedged in the slots on the tray. I received a replacement, which did not come individually packaged like the first. I ran them through the dishwasher. Twice. The top trays are not shaped well, they are too narrow in the back. I ended up using a bottom tray on the top in a size larger than what I used on the bottom.
