It is well made with good quality materials. All of the joints and seams are snug with no gaps or flaws.This tray is extremely useful. It sits level and solid - it stays where you put it. The tray is large enough to hold multiple items. This is so much easier than using a table. It is stable on the arm of the chair or sofa as long as you do not overload it. This tray does not attach permanently - so it can easily be moved to other furniture.

I was worried that this would slip to the one loaded down side but it doesn't do that. I would like to recommend that they provide some dividers for the wooden slot/pocket since I am using those for remotes and phones. I really like the cup holder area!

This is perfect if you are like me and can't keep track of all your remotes. It has ample storage and looks nice and clean. The compartments on top are great for holding coffee mugs on your couch armrests without having to worry about spilling. Feels very stable, it won't move unless you pick up the whole thing. Works and looks great. 5 stars!

My husband wanted something to hold his drink and snacks when watching tv. We rearranged our sofa and now our console that has the cup holders and arm rest that has a space to put down a bowl or plate of snacks is on the other end of the sofa so he no longer has anywhere to put his cup or bowl. I got this thinking it would be the perfect solution. So far he hasn’t used it very much. I think it’s too awkward for him, and now he doesn’t have anywhere to put his arm! lol. I think it will hold a mid-sized cup sufficiently, but he usually drinks from a tall cup, and that would not work too well, and I don’t think he was very fond of the way the slats felt.

Snug fit might not be the correct way to explain it. #1 When put into place it does NOT slide around. #2 Tested it on the wide rolled arms on my loveseat. The inside panel is long enough that it actually slips down just past the top of the cushion so I guess you could say it is wedged into place between the cushion and the side of the arm. #3 The pocket on the outside is a good depth to hold a couple magazines long ways. #4 The tray is a decent size, probably could hold 2 bottles of water or a large cup of coffee as well as a couple small remotes. Only think I wish was different is I don't know about the finish of the wood. If coffee spilled would the wood stain? I don't think it is sealed. I'm planning on giving this to a friend that watches a lot of TV. I think I may cover the tray area with a piece of clear contact paper before I give it to him. Then again I could just buy him a Large pkg. of paper napkins to use under his beverage. I'm giving it 5 stars. I think it would make a super Christmas gift as a price of less than $20
