I’m just starting out in my catering business and was wondering how I would keep the food warm with an event without a kitchen! Worth every penny the food stayed warm it was easy to clean out once done and the quality is very thick material. I like that it came with wheels so it was easier to use. Overall great fit for what we needed.

I recently started catering at my bakery and was looking for a good replacement food warmer for the one that I had that did not really fit half size pans. This food warmer fit half size sheet pans and full size 6" pans without any problems..

We are using this in our coffee shop bakery, mostly for keeping our cinnamon rolls nice and toasty for the morning rush. To help keep them perfect we add a pan of hot water in the bottom works great. This is a heavy duty professional guality warm/cooler made to last. We highly recommended it.

I've been using this for prep and post warming while using out BBQ smoker - and this thing is great!I'm using it to rest pork shoulders, briskets and more... some up to 18 lbs... no issue, and no heat loss!I'm sure it works as intended with warming dishes - but honestly - if you're a pit master - this thing is great!

This is a very nice and sturdy food warmer. It is able to retain hot foods for the majority of a birthday party we had. The warmer was able to accommodate a few trays and some medium pizza and kept them total and fresh. The wheels were operable but did feel cheap. Overall, it works well for catering but does take up quite some trunk space.

Exactly as described and photographed. When I opened the box, I was so pleased at how sturdy this warmer is, with thick plastic case and heavy-duty, locking, all-way caster wheels. The only assembly is attaching the wheel plate and wheels, which is not difficult with the right size (metric) wrench. The warmer holds standard catering pans (with the lids) easily. Moves easily in all directions on the wheels. I like the stainless steel latches, but the design needs a little tweak (to prevent the latch from folding over onto itself, making it inconvenient to close). And it does a good job keeping food warm.

This storage container for food is super nice and heavy duty. It is very easy to add the wheels and move around, it is very nice and great quality. It kept our pulled pork super warm the entire day. Very easy to use, great value for the money. Very easy to store the trays inside of it, and to slide and pull them out. Very nice large size, definitely need a truck to transport it around because of its size, but super easy to use and roll around. Love that it has handles on the side of it, so that it is easy to move around and lift up and load into your car. Functions great, very impressed by it. Easy to latch open and closed. Definitely recommend having one in your kitchen if you cook or bake a lot because it keeps your food nice and warm so that you can serve. We used it for an event this weekend where we were selling pulled pork sandwiches, and it kept our pork nice and hot the entire day. Definitely worth the money.

This is an impressive hot box. The construction materials are first rate - meant for plenty of use in the working environment of a professional caterer. It has tons of capacity; the case itself is solid as a rock (it's quite heavy) and the casters are heavy duty. The door locks solidly closed - it is not going to open up on its own or by mistake. There are four handles so lifting and carrying it will never be a problem.There are couple of other great features. I attempted to show the first feature in the attached photos. If you have two or more of these units, they are stackable. The top of the box has "divots" specifically sized so that the wheels on a caster will fit in. Of course, you'll want to be sure that you lock the wheels of the casters of the unit on top. Another thing I like is that the interior floor of the box will be very easy to clean in the event of a spill. The inside bottom has a few broad ridges for strength but there are no holes or thin ridges for dirt (food) to make its way into, which can be pain in the neck to clean. Finally, the box uses the standard sizes caterer pans (not included). If you are in the catering business, you will be happy with this purchase.
