Where have these things been all my life?! I’ve been needing these for years and finally bought some for myself when I caught them at 50% off. I do Thanksgiving every year, Christmas Eve dinner some years, birthday parties and everything else and these are so much easier than buffet trays, plus they store well. They’re amazing! I have zero regrets!

I have only used the mat once, but it kept the primary buffet dishes warm for “come and go” eating. I am glad I ordered a larger size as it offered room for several dishes of food. Convenient to store for what will be intermittent use.

I ordered 2 mats to keep watered it in food warm for a Christmas buffet and they were great. Kept the food warm, but not dried out. Roll up the mat, slip it in the storage bag, and ready for the next event. Does require access to electricity.I will probably use this 2-3 times a year, but worth it.
