Installation Instructions:
1.Disconnect Battery Cables:Always begin by disconnecting both the positive and negative cables from the battery terminals to ensure your safety.
2.Remove Negative Cable Terminal:After disconnecting both cables, you'll need to take off the terminal from the end of the negative cable.
3.Install the Switch:Wire the switch between the cable and the battery terminal in a way that the switch will break the connection to the battery when it's turned off. Ensure that you install the switch in the "On" position.
4.Reattach the Terminal:Reconnect the negative cable terminal.

This master battery cutoff is exactly, and more, than I needed for my micro camper build electrical system. It’s a heavy solid unit that meters out at only .1 ohm when switched on and is rated for 200A. The terminals are copper with brass nuts for great conductivity. The switch handle is cast but solid metal. It does have a minor amount of play though hence the four star instead of five. The handle is removable to allow for drilling one small hole and inserting the switch from the back and securing it with the provided nut along with the position indicator plate.Overkill for my system but a much better choice than a plastic switch.
