I needed all thread/threaded rod for a pretty extreme outdoor project. There is next to no opportunity for routine maintenance so stainless steel it is.These seem to be very high grade stainless and was purchased for less $/foot than I could probably buy zinc plated steel threaded rod at the hardware store.I plan on buying more.

These threaded rods served the purpose for which I purchased them. Cut them to length and used nuts to make special fasteners to hold things together. Worked better than expected.
