I ordered 2 ballast for a tanning bed, one worked ant the other didn"t. I ordered another ballast and sent in my problem and received 2 ballast. You can not get any better than that. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Cant even remeber off hand who manufactured the tanning bed we got. Its old and all the plastic trim crumbled off. Couple of the bulbs over head quit working so spent a min trying to find a new ballast and settled on this one. Bought two just in case, and all new bulbs. I cant say if it'll work on yours but I can say it works, and works fine for ours. It runs a pair of bulbs just fine.
