This is a fairly decent (between 80% and 85% claimed) power bank for heated vest (or the alike) given its physical size, capacity, and overall features (well, not a whole lot btw). It's slightly bulky in comparison to others with similar capacity although it's a common and typical size for heated vest. It lacks PD/QC so there is absolutely no quick charging of any kind with this power bank and (again) that's common for heated vest since it's not required; however, if you plan on using this for other devices, well, I'd say look elsewhere since there are much better options out there.✘ NoteIf you see some weird, made up, or arbitrary capacity such as 12500 or others with 13800, 15800, 16800, 25800, 26800, or 30800; chances are those are either counterfeit or fake batteries (do you see the pattern here?) and I'd suggest you take a closer look at them first (as I've found out the hard way).Those fake ones do NOT have quick charging (PD/QC 2/3) of any sort. If you see some large capacity power banks that offer 3-4 ports with LED while doesn't support QC or PD, I'd probably avoid 'em or at least look for warning signs. I have recently come across a power bank that's only about 1/4 of advertised capacity which is just infuriating to me and this power bank restores some of the lost confidence.###*** Btw, a power bank charges faster than your ordinary wall charger is NOT THE SAME as quick charging or fast charging as some people are confused about the terms. In order to have QC, it needs to be able to provide at least 16W @ 5V, or any voltages higher than 5V (i.e. 9V/12V/15V/20V).Your phone saying it's 'charging fast' is NOT the same as quick or fast charging. Many phones display such messages when it's drawing more than 7.5W or 5V/1.5A (or in some cases 5W) when being charged.###The battery capacity is 12000 mAh (i.e. 44.4 Wh, assuming 3.7V since it's not specified) which is relatively LOW by today's standard and it does NOT support ANY quick/fast charging protocols such as PD, QC 2.0/3.0 etc which SEVERELY limits its usefulness and usability other than using it for heated vest or the alike. Its true capacity of 8856 mAh (36.41 Wh) is fairly decent and it's a lot better than many power banks with much more features (PD/QC, MagSafe, kickstand etc).However, the fact that it doesn't have any of those means this is really only useful for heated vest (or anything that does NTO require PD/QC at all). It' also noticeably bulkier than most others with similar capacity so just keep that in mind I suppose. It's a bit pricey at $37 for what it provides and its overall build quality, usability, and performance. Your mileage might vary.

Performs well for its intended purpose of powering a heated vest.Capacity is similar to the power banks which come with most vests.Compared to the typical dimensions of the power packs which come with heated vests, this one is thicker and bulkier. This unfortunately makes it more noticeable / uncomfortable depending on the storage position within the vest.The LED display of remaining charge is a nice additional feature instead of having indicator lights.
