Received today and installed rather quickly. I tried it out to prepare for the summer months to come and the breeze of it is nice. The machine did take a sec to cool down at first but worked well and was quiet enough not to alert the residents. I like it so far; buttons are easy to use and set up is straight forward

I love it after the whole sumer service, this AC is a winner. It cool down my house first floor in a silent way so I can watch TV on my living room without turn the volume up as I used to do with my old AC. Another thing I love, is that my window is almost closed so it is less noise from the outside and no bugs coming inside the house. Brilliant! And finally it is a smart thing... so can order your Alexa to turn it on or off if you can't reach the remote, and you can schedule the operation hours so it can keep cool your house during the summer as needed. Very satisfied.
