Bought these for my grandson for his JrROTC uniform. Showed him how to blouse his pant legs using these. He was surprised how well they worked and looked. Enough in the one pack to give to other cadets.

I wear some slightly oversized Carhartt Overalls for work sometimes and wished I could get more of a jogger cuffed fit to the bottom. These work great for a temporary and adjustable tighter fit on your pant leg. Also incredible value for the number of the you get for the price. They seem durable but even if they wear down I have plenty of backups now
