I was surprised at the quality of the pans. The non-stick worked well (all my little madeleines popped out just fine). They baked evenly and having two made the process much easier, since I didn't have to wait for the pan to cool down to reload.My only problem was that I made so many and they don't store well that we got sick trying to eat them all in a couple of days, which really isn't that awful of a problem to have.

These shell shape pans are perfect to make not only madeleine, but all sorts of little deserts. I love making little cakes in them, it helps with portion control for my kids and myself as well. It's super easy to clean, just rinse it in water and everything comes right off. The pan cooks evenly and it's really cool to be able to make madeleines at home and eat them warm!

Non-stick and easy to clean. Dishwasher safe, but not recommended.My favorite madeleine recipes are from Rachel Koo and David Lebovitz. You should be able to find the free recipes on each of their websites.Rachel Koo got me addicted to madeleines during her cooking show: My Little Paris Kitchen.Try her lemon curd recipe also. The madeleines are delicious dipped in her lemon curd recipe.These are perfect served with hot tea, a good book, or with good friends and entertaining conversation.Enjoy!

The pans are easy to clean and baked a good cookie, but the pans are very hard to remove from the oven because the edges angle downward toward the oven rack, so there’s nothing to grab.

Good size and markings, however the material is very thin, easy bending and worst of all the madeleines brow too easy and too fast due to the sub standard thickness of the pan.I would not recommend this product!

This pan is lightweight and easy to use. I first used about 1 tablespoon of batter, but that was a little too much, so a a little more than a teaspoon is a good amount. The line design is very faint, so I wish it was more prominent and deep. Make sure to butter and flour or spray with nonstick!

They are the perfect little nibble to have with a cup of coffee at the end of the day.These baking trays are the ones you need to be able to get that classic shell shape from the batter. The size of the molds is perfect for a 1 or 2 per serving snack. Two trays means I can bake the entire batch of batter (For my recipe) at once, which ensures consistent results and saves time. Being nonstick, they cleaned up easily after letting my madelines pop out without any fuss.
