  • 【Oil Line】 An engine oil hose transports oil to the oil cooler and then back to the engine. This allows oil to cool down through the oil cooler before being recirculated through the engine, whose function is to return excess oil to the oil tank and reduce oil consumption. When the oil provided by the fuel pump is greater than the optimal amount required by the engine, the oil will return to the fuel tank through the return pipe.
  • 【Time to Replace】Oil pipe aging, high oil pressure, oil pressure regulator, and oil return pipe blockage are all causes of car oil inlet pipe bursting. Common symptoms of a Bad or Failing Oil Return Hose: 1. The rubber on the hose is cracked; 2. Bulging spots in the hose; 3. Noticeable oil leaks; 4. Hose o-ring failure. If these problems occur in your car, you should replace Oil Supply Line Hose in time.

Fit, doesn’t leak. I’m sure it’s made in china; but it can’t be profitable to make these fittings in the us for 2005 vehicles.

Seems well made, correct length and looks to be quality however the end fittings are misaligned and you can't be installed.

Slightly different than a BMW PN part, but still fit very good and I no longer have oil seepage at the hose crimps.

Works and seems to be made of good materials, BUT, the orientation of the banjo bolt openings are not well matched and consequently the hose must be twisted somewhat when it is installed, making installation more difficult as the banjo hose ends are hard to access and attach already (especially on the oil filter housing) and the additional complication of twisting while trying to thread in the banjo bolts just adds complexity and frustration. I advise threading in the banjo bolt to the oil filter housing first, then thread the banjo bolt to the vanos unit in the front as step 2, as that way you are twisting the front hose end which is easier to access.

Title. Claims to fit, didn’t.

The two ends are not "clocked"correctly to one another. This forces the house to be twisted. The end was to small for the securing bolt to pass through the end fitting.
