These carving forks are strong enough to use as carvers and attractive enough to also use as serving forks. The 11" forks are longer than some similar products, with a handy hanging handle at the end of the grips. If you don't plan to hang, make sure your utensils drawers or utensil carousel are deep enough to accommodate the length. Very modern, clean look, they wash well (given their length, probably best to hand wash); very happy with this set!

I think this 2 pack of 11 inch stainless steel carving forks are a pretty great value. They are pretty comfortable to hold with a hollow oval shaped handle and are still pretty light weight. One of the forks I got in the set had a little strand of glue or plastic sticking out of the handle where the flat part connects but I pulled it out with a tweezer and it wasn't that big of a deal.These feel just slightly long for me since I have small hands for certain types of meat but they look nice enough to also be used as serving forks. They are also really easy to clean and I would probably just hand wash them. They also have a convenient hook design to hang them and can also fit in a drawer to pull out when you need them.

I didn't have any carving forks/BBQ forks, so I decided to pick these up. I have only used them once, but they were nice. I used them to pick up a pork butt. They did the trick.
