Our senior gal was newly dx with EPI. We got her a prescription of pancreved and it smelled so bad she refused to finish her meal, and she’s the type to eat everything in sight. Plus it made her smell so bad!! We went on a bunch of forums which mentioned this enzyme and it has worked amazing for us over the last few weeks. She’s gradually gaining weight. It’s also a lot cheaper than most prescribed pancreatic enzymes.

While my dog is not diagnosed with EPI, he has trouble digesting his food on his own. This enzyme powder helps him to digest it and absorb more nutrients. He has gained some weight since we started it

My dog was originally on the enzymes that the vet sold. She was on them for 6 months and still had zero changes in weight or stools. A month after starting this, and she’s gaining back so much weight and her stools are back to normal. I’m so happy to see my baby starting to thrive again! It’s also way cheaper than the one the vet was selling us, and lasts longer! Definitely recommend this!

My German Shepherd has a pancreatic enzyme deficiency and must be on this powder to help with her poop. The cost of the powder from my vet is over $140. This powder is a fraction of the cost and definitely does the job. My dog does well on this and I highly recommend this powder.

This product smells terrible to be sure and she (the pup) kinda turned up her nose up at it at first but hunger took over she eats it all now. She has put on 10 to 15 pounds and is very healthy without the over priced vet charge. This is the second dog that I have had to get this for and have complete confidence in this product.

Although expensive, it seems to work for our EPI dog

Read the reviews myself before ordering and was skeptical. We were running out of time for our GSD, as NOTHING vet had recommended or prescribed worked. Not at all begrudging vet but nothing was helping our boy. Started him on this and FINALLY got results. I can say with confidence and sincerity this stuff saved our boy. Do your research and see your vet to make sure this is an appropriate treatment for your dog, but as others have stated some medications are too expensive and in our case did not work.

A+++++!! Without being too long winded, this is keeping my dog alive, and he has put on some much needed weight. Combined with a new food-Purina pro plan sport high calorie dog food, my poor little emaciated 5 YO Cav King Charles was dying of starvation before this. The vets had no answers for me so trial & error I figured this out on my own. If your dog has EPI try it. This is our 3rd container. I have finally understood that the enzyme & kibble really needs to sit for 15 min prior to serving. Makes a huge difference. Also it’s costly so I was using less that he needed at first. Just little things that may help someone. I mix the enzyme with a little pumpkin or peanut butter then add the kibble. A “carrier” for the enzyme helps for blending it all up. Also he gets puppy formula with each meal 2x a day as well as some sugar free peanut butter. The pantenex allows him to absorb all these nutrients and is getting back to a healthier state. He’ll be on this for the remainder of his life. Hope that makes sense. Finally seeing poo that I can pick up!
