Wool polishing wheels are are suitable for metal and non-metal polishing, such as metal descaling, polishing of glass, cutlery, marble, ceramics, automotive and wooden floors. It is more effective when used with polishing compound.

It is recommended not to rev the wheel too high during the polishing process because the cover material of the polishing wheel is plastic and revving it too high may cause the plastic to melt.
