The abrasive heads spin in the shank and can't be tightened any further. Immediately sent these back. Would give zero stars but Amazon requires at least one star to leave a review.

I used these to remove the clear coat off my aluminum rims and they were scratched and discolored. I used a little non-toxic oven cleaner, let it sit for about 5 minutes. I then went at it with my electric screw driver/drill. they came out pretty good. if there was a complaint it would be what color is the most abrasive and which is the least. That they don't tell you. I found out by walking into a harbor freight..

Most of these are very strong and stiff. They're not like the loofah puffs in the shower. They are perfect for using on irregular surfaces.
