I find the original hard Nylon ear tips rough on the ears but those more likely meet medical sterilization demands.I most often use a Stethoscope for tracking down sources of noises and other mechanical type uses. These ear tips replaced my existing hard one perfectly and are FAR more comfortable that the hard nylon tips.

Works, but the product was a return, it had a disgusting hair on the package and a some of ear piece ( if not all) was for sure used. Had to disinfect all pieces before use. Would have returned but needed this for the time. But don't appreciate getting a returned item.

Material is not as soft as the original. It took a little maneuvering but it did fit onto my stethoscope and that’s all that matters

Works on my litmann se 2. Comfortable design. Not sure what I’m going to do with the rest of the pack as they are quite durable and last a long time. Would purchase again.

I work in EMS and we're taught to never carry a stethoscope around your neck because you can be choked with it. Because of this, I keep my stethoscope in a pants pocket, but that causes the ear tips to catch things and occasionally get pulled off. I needed very tight replacements that won't get pulled off.These work great. I've ordered them before and am reordering. They're very tight on the Littmann Cardiology IV and unlikely to come lose or accidently get pulled off. The plastic is a little on the hard side and not as malleable or as comfortable as I'd like, but I suppose I can't have it both ways where the plastic is soft enough to be comfortable and form to the ear yet hard enough to grip the metal. This is a good balance.

Bought these covers for my stethoscope because my old ones were really getting in bad shape. They come in a package of 10 which will last you probably a lifetime. The price was pretty reasonable.

I have no issue with these, they're great. Im not sure i understand the bad reviews. I put these on my Littman 3M Classic II and find them very similar to the broken ones i removed. Great bang for your buck.

Works well for my littmann classic 2 SE! It is a little hard on your ear but I don't find it a bothersome. Holds well on my stethoscope
