Looks like they are OnSemi's 6n138s, all slightly different shade of white, probably from different sources, but seem unused. The IC is long obsolete, so most likely is dug up from some old stocks or something. OnSemi does not recommend it for new designs, use H11L1 instead.

After reading through the limited reviews, I wasn't sure what to expect. The package I received arrived in a silver anti static pouch and ICs appear identical to a genuine ON 6N138 I have on hand. I don't plan to scrutinize further as they met my needs.

Not Fairchild (as pictured). Not white (as pictured and described). I don't recognize the manufacturer. Hopefully they actually work.
