This ceramic-coated pan, which I received through Vine, is a high-quality pan. The removable glass bottom makes serving effortless, and the silicone seal makes it a leak-proof pan. The nonstick ceramic coating is a healthy choice and allows for easy release. The glass base is a great bonus as a serving platter.

I fell in love with this springform pan instantly. I absolutely adore the color, and it matches the rest of my blue kitchen appliances, and tools. It is so nicely made. The bottom of it is glass, not metal, and it fits into the springform just perfectly. It feels really well-made too, the weight is perfect. My husband has already made a cheesecake in it and it turned out perfectly and very evenly baked. I definitely want more in the same color.

I have wanted one of these for a very long time and this does not disappoint. If you want to make real New York Cheesecake then this is for you!This is well-constructed and not cheap. This will last. Plus the color is really great.

This springform pan is very cute. It's different than my current one in that the latch on the side doesn't seem to adjust the ring as much. I haven't tested it in a water bath yet, but I typically always use foil too just in case the seal doesn't hold.

The coated side of the pan was very easy to clean. Loved the glass bottom, with the rubber seal, it works better than a regular springform. We cook our cheesecake in a water bath. With this pan, we did not have to wrap in aluminum foil to prevent leakage. Now I want one in other sizes.

I love the ceramic coating and the glass bottom. I also really like the silicone seal, i just wish it was a better color to match the pan. As others have stayed, the latch is kinda rough to use, but it doesn't ruin it. I'd buy again.

I ordered this Spmarkt 10-Inch Ceramic-Coated Cheesecake Springform Pan with Removable Glass Bottom because I couldn’t resist the gorgeous, almost Tiffany’s-blue color. It’s even prettier in person; and I love that practical glass bottom; great for checking on your baking, and ideal for serving.This 10” springform pan is the prettiest pale shade of robin’s egg blue; it comes in a matching box that’s perfect for gifting. I had never seen a springform pan with a glass bottom before; how convenient! Now I can keep an eye on the bottom crust and make sure it isn’t browning too much or burning.I love making cheesecake, but this pan is also great for baking cinnamon rolls and making quiche. My kitchen is mostly black and white, with some pink utensils for pops of color, but this lovely pale turquoise color fits in nicely. The almost lipstick red of the silicone seal is striking. The hinge is slightly stiff, but is loosening with each use. To be honest, I’d rather have a stiff hinge I know is sturdy in a springform pan than a leaky hinge.This is perfect for all the baking I’ll be doing this Christmas holiday season, and I’m just so charmed by the old school, vintage design and color scheme. This would also be a great Christmas present for the baker in your family; it comes in a color coordinated, branded gift box that’s a slightly darker shade of the iconic turquoise blue.This springform pan is about 10” wide and about 2” tall; it holds up to ten cups of batter and is oven safe up to 450 degrees.
