Promptly arrived, as described. I wasn't sure of the max input voltage (Panel OCV), the uncluded instruction sheet says 36v, but there is a 35v cap on the input, so I would think 28v max just to be safe.Very simple to setup and use. Definitely MPPT, I limited input current to 500mA for a test, it was charging at 700mA.Model I received is the SEZ-1210A. Quite happy with it. I bought 2, both working fine.This is apparently Acid or LifePo4, not specified for Lithium Ion. Charge voltages are 14.4 and 14.6

This controller is a nice compact unit which has useful USB ports for charging small portable electronics. Since it is a bare board you will need to provide your own case which is what I plan to do and print it in fire resistant polycarbonate. The one issue I see is that the settings for LiFePo4 batteries is too aggressive on the voltages. The absorption charge is set to 14.6v which is 3.65v per cell, the max for most cells and hitting that is going to trigger the BMS to cutoff charging. The float voltage is also high at 14.6v (stays at 14.6v). I would suggest NOT using the LiFePo4 settings and instead use the Gel setting which is 13.8v float and 14.4v absorption. Those are still a little bit high but a lot better than the LiFePo4 settings.

The instructions are a bit lacking, but easy enough to figure out. This is a minimal charge controller, but it actually seems well made and will get the job done more efficiently than a PWM controller. I'll have to figure out how to 3d print a case for this to prevent shorting or other issues.
