My Toshiba D875 Satellite laptop battery was only good for 2.5-3 hours when new (depending on use). This one matches it and may prove even better over time and charges. Given the power demands of the old 2012 17.3" beast with LCD backlighting and a fan always running, I can't expect more than that.

I'm glad I got this battery I have not been able to use my computer without the plug and it being plugged into the wall for like 4 years with this new battery I can actually unplug my computer and take it upstairs I am so grateful will buy another one very happy with this product.

First battery was defective and would not take a charge. Requested replacement battery and this one shipped quickly and takes a charge, holding it for roughly 2-1/2 to 3 hours during use. Not as high of capacity as the original 4 hour battery, but well enough for what I need.

Bought this for my parents who are older and had still been using the original battery on their laptop (5 years old!) They received it in 2 days and were able to replace it and power the laptop up. It charged up and has been like a brand new computer for them.
