I fully charged and after one night it goes from fully charged to 85%. Everything works great just charging it constantly! Wondering if all are like this or if I got a defective one. Everything else is GREAT! Just the battery life. I seriously have to charge every few days. So frustrating.

I was hoping this would be able to remain connected through Bluetooth not just WiFi, but it doesn’t make sense. If I’m not home, I can’t get it to load so I don’t know if anyone’s came to my house or not. Currently we’re having issues with our internet and because of it, I’m not able to check the camera. It’s basically pointless at this rate. It takes forever to load when you get a notification someone is at your door, and you go onto the app to view the camera by the time it gets loaded, the people are already walking away. The audio is super laggy so they can’t understand you. It’s cheap so you get what you pay for. Yes, I have contacted customer service and they weren’t very helpful, they just told me to return the device.

Because of the price I did not have high hopes from the camera. It has been great so far! I haven't *needed* it for issues yet, but it's helpful to make sure the kid left for school on time, and hubby got home from work... Also helpful is seeing when packages arrive and having whomever is home grab it off the porch. I've had a few doorbell rings I never expected, and got to meet the guy who owns the VRBO next door using the two-way mic while I was at work. Very simple to set up, I keep it on battery saver mode so I only need to charge it every 10 days. Not on battery saver it's about 4-5 days. Unfortunately I get passing traffic on our motion detection, because we have a short yard. I don't want to shorten it, though, because one of our vehicles is parked on the street. Fortunately we live in a dead end, but we live across from a construction company. I often turn it off the times they're coming to the shop and taking their trucks out, and at the end of their day when they're closing up. The video quality is surprisingly good, even at night. You can zoom in, as well I haven't needed to save anything, but I did just to try it out. It worked as expected. I got the basic cloud storage package, for 30$ a year. Overall, will be buying more for around the house!Sorry so long, but I'm very happy with it!!

I'll give this product 2 stars because it includes a working chime and it's a bargain on price. First off, you can only look back at videos that were either motion or someone pushing the button, which would be ok if it truly just detected abnormal motion like people and animals but no, it literally picks up a leaf moving on a tree, which actually would also be o k because I could look back if there was something I needed to look back at, problem with that is that it records only 20 second intervals even if there's still motion going on and so many motion movements It shuts motion activity off on its own and just decided not to record lol. The battery will drain in about 2 days with 99+ events with motion detection on. So it kinda works if you just need to answer the door with it but if you have someone randomly opening your door like I do it does you no good as it won't record anything. I will be purchasing a device i can put a memory card in and look back a couple days on.
