For the price, it's a lot of potential star making!! So I got 2 packs. Once received, however, I realized I've used facial tissues that were heavier than these papers. Yes, they're a good size for stars, yes, they fold easily, but I struggle with the constant fear that the paper will rip every time I touch it, and that too many stars collected together will simply crush each other and I'll end up with a jar full of crumpled tissues.Points for the vivid colors, which are fairly true to the images, and for the packaging/shipping. If you are in need of tissue paper strips for another project, these would probably work well for paper mache or mod-podge type stuff. I will simply not be spending my time folding them up, just for them to collapse later on.

The paper is nice and thin so that there are no issues puffing it into a star at the end. Some people mentioned that the paper is easy to rip and while that is true, I only ripped 4 pieces during the time it took me to make 100 stars. Just be gentle and patient, it gets easier with practice!

My son wanted these to make the paper stars, The paper is pretty thin and fragile but once you get the hang of how to fold it without it ripping it’s fun and addicting.

This paper is great for beginners! Its thick enough to not rip easily, but thin enough to easily fold into a star. Plus it comes in multiple colors!
