At first, I didn’t think it was going to work. It looked like it was cheaply made, and we put it up over the canopy and it was a very snug fit. Then the rains came then the winds came and it barely moved. It worked great very happy that I purchased this one and did well during the windstorm.

I looked for years to find a true 10x10 canopy replacement, everytime I would buy other brands I would get either too big or too small.This fits like a glove, I recommend it!I bought a few more because I know i cannot find these if they go out of stock.

This is an amazing canopy, it’s not quite as nice as my original but the canvas is nice and thick, fits perfectly, I will update on the water resistance but I’m spraying it with a scotch guard for a little extra protection. Please note that our frame is not quite 10x10, it’s 9.95x9.85 Very happy to find a quality one, I had ordered one last year from a different company that was very thin and it didn’t last the season.

Pour retourner la toile qui ne faisait pas sur mon gazebo j ai des frais de 105$,je ne peux donc pas retourner le produit ça reviens trop dispendieux.

The velcro straps that come on it are very minimal at best. Couple of more inches and a few more spots would have been good. My frame is robust, but as a 'universal" fit there could be lengthier and additional straps to tie to frame. Charge $10 more and make it more useful. Had to figure my own way and had to buy mini bungee cords . See water pooling on edges? - too much bow allowed due to not enough strapping points.

It is not a true 10x10 canopy cover.it pulls my frame in and is deformed the frame it is that tight and it looks like all the seams are going to bust you can also see through it so I dought it will stop and water. I would send it back but have been sitting in the canopy cover for a few months because of the weather we have been having. I dought it will last a few months if that.UPDATE: it is now mid July and the canopy cover is now faded and gotten so thin it will tear soon and is no way waterproof at all. Don't get this it is a total waste of money.

Previous canopy was no longer available. A search produced this one. Wanted a vented one as sometimes get high wind in southern california. This one is maybe vented too much as the rain does come through the top vent overlap. The other issue is the canopy is not taut enough so rain puddles do accumulate with heavy rain. Adding plastic clamps help but is a extra step. The material is more fabric-like so I expect some durability but we will see.

The Good: Easy to install, fit relatively snug. Nice colorThe Bad: Fabric is not waterproof at all. It appears that there is a water-repellant on the outside material, the water beads-up well. However, after 1 night of rain, the underside of the fabric was completely beading-up with water (see my photos) and the fabric was wetting-through; indicating that the DWR (Durable Water Repellent) coating is sub-standard. I returned it and was promptly refunded.

This canopy replacement is a good fit for my pre- owned 10x10 frame. In addition the hook & loop strips were adequately placed which helped to secure the canopy to the frame. It’s water resistance was recently put to test with a heavy rainfall. No leaks, the vented top as well as my pre owned stakes helped to keep the canopy from blowing over. I would purchase again.

I am pleasantly surprised by the quality especially at this affordable price. The color is nice. They affectively block the Sun. These took almost 2 months to arrive, but turned out to be worth the wait. They are made of a sturdy material that holds up to our wind storms and gusts 💨. They are a tricky fit, but quality level of the material, at this price, is worth wrestling and securing to the frames. They seem to fit better now, after several weeks of use. Hope this helps :)
