The sides drape down long enough to provide extra shade. Worked great & fit perfect. Very durable to outside thru these brutal summers.

We bought a 10x10 gazebo last season. The original canopy quickly faded and got battered from the weather. I was on the hunt for a replacement. My first thought was wow they are expensive. After some research I came across this one and it was reasonably priced. Once it came in, it was fairly easy to install , fit nicely, and so far has held up pretty well. i think it's nicer than the one the gazebo came with originally. Two thumbs up!

Es muy fino y no es impermeable, pero la calidad es buena y su duración promete ser bastante larga. Recomendable a buen precio.

It took me a while to find a cover that fits the gazebo that was installed in my deck. I tried this one and it fits pretty okay.

It doesn't keep the rain out well at all. We had some rather strong winds the other day and the velcro tie downs on one side ripped off. We have rain today. Since the support is not uniform, one side is holding way too much water and making it lopsided. It was easy to put on, since I put it on without help.I was hoping for something to last a few years, but I'm not sure this will do the trick.Updated. Not even a year later and it is done. One side of the velcro attachments failed. Today was unexpectedly breezy, and now almost all of the velcro attachments fell off. I hoped for it to last two summers, but apparently it just lasted one. Now, it's covering my furniture until another plan can be made.

The downside for this cover as with most made of this material is the longevity. The sun does a number on the fabric and in less than a year it needs to be replaced. This is no reflection on the quality of the product. If there are fabrics more resistant to the affects of the sun and the breakdown of the fabric, perhaps I need to search them out. However, for the price this is a great product, over the years this is probably the 5th one I've ordered.

I bought this as a temp replacement for my EZYFAST Antipooling frame as a windstorm ripped it up. While it does fit and it's snug on the 10x10 frame (straight leg) it's only water resistant and i can feel little tiny mists of water on my head while it's raining out. Now it's raining pretty good so the amount of water getting through might actually evaporate as it falls but if you want this for outdoor people gatherings in the rain, your head will get wet eventually. I have this over my hot tub so the heat will kill the mist. I will be putting on that tent seam rub on sealer on it once we get a few dry days so maybe do that before you install this on your frame. I would only buy this if your frames top is out of stock, or as a back up, which this will become once EZY fast finds a random cover in their warehouse for me!In the end i would say this is only for summer or non rainy events as where ever there is stitching, water will seep through (so where all the velcro straps are. It should withstand some wind probably up to 20-25mph and some higher gusts, but don't expect this to last years and years.

We bought this as a replacement for a SOJAG gazebo. The measurements are BANG on, even though it was not intended for this gazebo. The material is light which makes installation a LOT easier than unfolding canvas over your head. The corners are well built with rope which can be tied around the gazebo's posts. The vertical 'lip' around the gazebo is outfitted with velcro straps which make their way around our steel structure pretty easily. To that note, I think they could have been a bit longer. Contrary to the product pictures, our supporting structure is 4" aluminum rectangular channel (and not a round bar). Our velcro only overlaps about an inch. In windy conditions, I see this releasing, and for the price of velcro in bulk, I think the manufacturer's can afford to add another 2 inches to each end of it for a REALLY secure fit....; but then again, it wasn't made for the rectangular stuff. Maybe in the next version :PThe square at the gazebo tip is purely aesthetic. It is sewn closed and does not vent (in case you're gazebo has that split-roof design. This is intended for single pitch only.Other than those comments, I can really say I'm happy with the purchase. Beats the price from the OEM. I could afford to buy this one 5 times over before coming close to the OEM price.I'm happy and you'll be too.Happy shopping.Andrew

We needed a new cover for our 10x10 shade canopy, so we bought this one. The listing says 10x10, but the package it came in listed it as 12x12. The fabric is a light polyester type. You can see in the photo that the tan canopy is way too big for our 10x10 frame. The black cord that came with the canopy helps to anchor it to the frame at the corners. With just the black cord holding it to the frame the canopy is way too loose & blows about in the wind lifting the 10x10 frame off the ground! We added the red cord that goes through the mini aluminum holes (see the photo), this cording helps keep the canopy stable. For us it doesn't matter that it's too big. Keeps the sun off. When it rains the rain will mist through the canopy & you will get wet. The rain will make puddles in the canopy & when emptied will drench you--if that matters. After making adjustments to the original canopy, this works for us. Water resistant-NO, water-proof-NO, 2-person easy to install. After 4 months the fabric has faded & it no longer feels soft. My canopy is set up outside everyday so it can have direct sunlight for 8+ hours, plus all weather situations.
