The EPDM itself is just fine. First thing was that the piece was cut a little short on one side. Fortunately, we were able to spin the piece to make it work. Glad we checked before laying glue! Second issue was that there were heavy creases where they folded it to ship. The first day, those would not lay down, but after letting it lay in the hot sun for a day, they relaxed and all was fine. Not sure if it would have worked in the wintertime, but all is well in the end.

I liked that it was available in a 10 x 10 sheet. Even though it had a splice running the length of it, it was sealed tight and posed only a small bump at the edge strip I applied. Overall the rubber was consistent and after laying out in the sun for an hour, it was relaxed enough to apply. Really a great product at a great price.

This Firestone brand EPDM roofing is superior quality, with absolutely no discernable defects, compared to others I have purchased in the past. The seller also provided a piece with dimensions that were 8inches greater than specified, which makes installation easier since you don't have to position the rubber so precisely.

Best product for the price. Rubberized roofs protect better and last longer. Great for portico's with flat roofs or with very little pitch.

We received it. My brother finally showed up. We started working on it put it on the roof. We got the contact cement and it works awesome all the leaks that I did have there are gone now I very happy. I should’ve got the only regret I have as I should’ve got a bigger one to cover the whole thing,

Bought this to replace my rv roofHeavy duty.. I mean SUPER heavy duty I got the 45 mil and it's better than what I tore off of my RV heavy roll but it was more than enough. Cuts easy lays down easy easy to remove bumps. Heavy enough to lay flat but malleable enough to form around the radius edges. Heavy rainfall right after I put it on and the entire RV is sealed. Easy to out on if you're halfway competentI'm a complete novice with RV restoration and used this on my 32 foot coachmen class A... used 3m 90 spray adhesive. To adhere it to the new plywood.... worked like a dream I replaced my entire roof for 750$

I am impressed with the quality of this rubber sheeting. The thickness and durability is evident that it will last. I needed something to protect the existing fabric hot tub cover that just gets soaking wet during all seasons in Colorado. I bought a 10x10 and size was cut perfectly. Of course this is rubber material so it smells like a new tire smell but that dissipated withing a few days. While it is a black-color rubber sheet, it is 100% better than the 3 previous "so-called water-proof" fabric hot tub covers that always leaked, ripped and lasted literally one winter season in Colorado from hot tub companies online. With this rubber sheeting I am positive it will protect the hot tub cover from rain, sleet, hail and snow and also help reduce heat escaping, thus improving insulative properties of the existing hot tub cover. So happy I purchased this. Attached is a pic of how I have decided to use this rubber sheeting product.

I had looked high and low. Researched everything till my brain just said no more.See I was in need of fixing my travel trailers leaking roof. The crap the manufacture used on my trailer was thin and stretched with unprotected edging. Then i found this product. So happy I made this investment. It is thick and from the factory you will get a roll of rubber that's been very securely glued spliced in sections to make the desired length. Let me also include that just the shape of this roll and how it will fold makes for the weight a bit more difficult to handle. I was able to painfully with a friend get this roll up a ladder to top of the trailer. If this is what you may have in mind be prepared and have at least 3 or 4 people to help, maybe a forklift.
