Listing not clear that these are hooks without an eye to tie the line. Apparently these are "snell hooks". Not sure if they will hold the shrimp as shown or not, but I forsee it being a challenge to get the elastic on the shrimp barb. My issue is the lack of appropriate designation that these books don't have an eye. Will be returning them.

Bought these and instantly closed the box and started a return. The hook didn’t have an eyelet to put fishing line thru and even it did, the hook was so flimsy. Horribly made and very disappointing. Do not buy. You’ll regret it and end up like the rest of us who’ve been fooled. SMH

These hooks have an extra side hook. Which allows the fish to stay on there and not slide off. To many fish grab the worms but get off. This gives you an extra security which I love .

After I received my order of the shrimp hooks I noticed that the hooks had no eyelets to tie a fishing line on, I sent them back reordered them and got the same exact thing defective hooks.

I had great hopes for these live shrimp hooks, as I fish the Florida Keys for snapper and grouper with live shrimp all winter and spring.... But, when I received these hooks, there was no "eye" to tie the leader. What I received was a "Spade" hook that requires a Snell Knot. When fishing live bait, I prefer a Loop Knot and this cannot be done with these hooks. On the positive side, the hooks feel strong. You get a supply of elastics, but when you run out, you'll need to visit an Orthodontist to obtain more. The extra small elastics will be very hard to find.
