These platters are great for baking and serving small side dishes and I also use them often for serving sandwiches for lunch or a snack plate. They are a good weight, sturdy enough for daily use without being too heavy. The white platters look great with any type of cuisine and would be suitable for a holiday table.

I really love these porcelain baking dishes. They work great in my ‘oven’ style air fryer, and look fabulous on the table. They go straight from the oven to table to dishwasher. Unfortunately they were just a bit too wide to fit in my ‘basket’ air fryer (the handles are flattened out, rather than straight up) making them 9.4" wide; yet only 7.7" inside ‘useable’ space on the plate. My air fryer basket maxed out at 9 inches. Too bad because I would have loved to cook my steaks in my air fryer on these lovely dishes. Luckily for me I also have an oven type air fryer. I would advise you measure the inside dimensions of your air fryer or toaster oven to make sure these dishes will fit.You can, of course, use them in a standard oven up to 500° F. They’re dishwasher and microwave safe and they stack beautifully! These are fast becoming my favorite baking and serving dishes.

I like the ceramic nature of these dishes. They would be perfect for asparagus or something else pretty flat, but otherwise, they are not that big and certainly not that deep.Again - I love the finish and they are made wall, so they would work for certain circumstances.

These are tiny little baking dishes. Think single serving or meal for 2. I'm not sure why it mentions casseroles, as these are much too tiny and shallow for that. It's more of a cute small serving platter for tiny appetizers or something. They are cute, and did survive the oven, but they are quite limited in their usefulness, and are a little on the pricy side for what you get.

The baking pans are made of premium ceramic, so they are free of heavy metal and lead, they are thick to maintain high and low temperature to be in microwave or freezer. The white color makes the pans looked cleaner. They are easy to stack and clean, so I stack them in cabinet, or in dishwasher without waste lot of spaces. The design of the pans is classic, they are easy to make food or store food. Finally, they look professional to be in both restaurants or home use.
