Switch works good. Beware, this is not a Gereral Pump flow switch, even though it leads you to believe it is. You will need a pipe tap to redo the threads on this like others have said. Only took a few minutes to do but you need a pipe tap to do it. Otherwise it works as it should so far. I only gave it 3 stars due to the fact you have to work on it to make it functional.

I wish i would have read the other reviews before ordering, Yup, the threads are wonky. Had to run a pipe tap through it before anything would thread into it. It worked, but i seriously doubt General sells this junk.I should have returned it but i was desperate to repair my steam cleaner

The pipe threads are not formed properly therefore the valve will not thread on without chasing the 3/8" npt pipe threads with a tap. Part should have been rejected at quality control.
