En general, estoy MUY contento con este aire acondicionado. Durante mucho tiempo he tenido miedo de comprar este tipo de aire acondicionado (portátil en lugar de unidad de ventana), pero debido a las ventanas que son comunes aquí en México, no tenía otra opción. Sin embargo, me ha impresionado esta unidad. No es demasiado ruidoso, muy comparable a un aire acondicionado de ventana normal, y la configuración baja es aún más silenciosa. Fue MUY fácil de instalar. Enfría la habitación muy bien y rápidamente. El único problema es que el tubo de escape no está aislado y se calienta mucho. La entrada del aire acondicionado puede succionar aire caliente del tubo de escape, así que como puede ver en mis fotos, lo cubrí con una cortina para evitar que esto suceda. Tampoco forma un buen sello donde el tubo se une a la máquina en la parte posterior, así que agregué cinta adhesiva para ayudar con esto. Compraré un tubo de escape aislado para reemplazar este en el futuro. De lo contrario, recomiendo encarecidamente este aire acondicionado. Se ve muy bien, moderno y funciona perfectamente. ¡Lo recomiendo mucho!

Alguna vez has sentido que te derrites como un helado en el desierto? Bueno, ¡es hora de decirle adiós a esa sensación con el increíble mini split! Este pequeño guerrero es como un abanico de agua, pero en lugar de salpicarnos, nos envuelve en un abrazo de aire frío que ni el mismo Polo Norte podría igualar.Imagina esto: llegas a casa después de un día de trabajo, abres la puerta y ¡pum! Eres recibido por una brisa fresca que te hace olvidar instantáneamente el sol abrasador afuera. Es tan refrescante que hasta tus pensamientos se ponen en modo invierno.Este mini split no solo enfría, ¡enfría muy rico! Podrías jurar que Santa Claus está soplando aire fresco directamente en tu sala de estar. Y lo mejor de todo, ¡funciona de maravilla! No más noches sudorosas o días insoportables.Así que, si quieres ser el rey del frescor en medio del calor, este mini split es tu mejor aliado. ¡Confía en mí, es como tener un pedacito del Ártico en tu hogar!

I purchased the 10k BTU unit to try and cool my small house(650 square feet) for the summer season here in Pennsylvania. The window adapter fit perfectly and it was super easy to vent out my window. I like that the cord has its own safety features, as I run the unit when no one is in the house. It's a relatively small design and I think the quality is decent overall. The buttons can be a little difficult to navigate but the remote works like a charm.A couple negatives that I have:- there is a slight chemical odor when using the unit. Nothing terrible but definitely noticable.- I would highly recommend using the drainage hose, as my unit drips about 2-3 gallons of water during the course of the day. PA is very humid in the summer, so that may be the cause.- as advertised, the unit should cool approximately 400 - 450 square feet. I'm using it to cool about 350 square feet and it does struggle to cool the space quickly. During the heat of the day (90°+), the unit pretty much runs constantly to maintain 79°.- the thermostat on the unit seems to be about 3°-5° off from other thermostats in the same room. So keep that in mind.Otherwise, it does keep the house dry...it cools a little bit faster during the evening hours... it pushes cold air (55°-59°F) out consistently... nice remote features...I would recommend using in a larger single room. Like a small office, medium sized bedroom or living room. But I wouldn't recommend using it to cool multiple rooms at once, as I may have to get another unit next summer season.Hope this helps.

Lo compre desde hace un año, lo usé un par de veces para la ola de calor que hubo en México en el 2023, y ahorita en el 2024 con las olas de calor, el domo de calor etc, fue una bendición tenerlo ya que mantiene el cuarto a buen a temperatura para dormir correctamente.

I love everything about this but 1. It's quite, energy efficient and offers 2 speeds and really puts out the cold air. The remote control is easy to use and the temperature controls make sure that you can set it and forget it. It's really quiet and looks amazing in any room you put in. The only thing that I don't like is the exhaust hose is made of a thin plastic that really gives off the heat. Upgrading to an insulated exhaust hose has made me love it even more and it fits the exhaust hose kit that comes with the air conditioner perfectly using a layer of HVAC tape eliminates any leaks and make it even quieter. I noticed some of the reviews mentioned water overflow and having to use a milk crate to set it on and use a bucket underneath the drain plug to catch it with. Here's what I discovered it only happens when you use the dehumidifier setting in really muggy rooms for long periods of time and the resovor fills up and runs over. It comes with a drain to hose and sitting it up off the floor and running the hose into a small gallon size bucket will keep everything going smooth as long as you keep the bucket emptied out regularly. I was able to avoid all that because I never needed to use anything but the fan and the air conditioner settings. If you are looking for a nice air conditioner that is built to give you years and years and years of high quality service and not leave you sweating to the oldies..this is the best one I've found. I highly recommend this to anyone who is tired of being hot 🔥🥵.

I bought this air conditioner to cool a 15x20 bedroom (just at 300 sq feet it is specified for). I live on the top floor of an apartment building which gets pounded by the sun so the room temperature often exceeds the outside temperature due to the greenhouse effect. I also avoided getting a small window mounted unit since there are child guards installed and I did not want to remove them. I was initially concerned there would be enough clearance between the window guard and the exhaust hose, but that turned out to be a non issue as the hose is flush with panel and does not protrude at all.This a/c was easy to install. The only restriction is that I had to wait 24 hours for the refrigerant to settle after shipping and delivery. The sliding window panel was too long and I had to cut off about 8 inches so it would fit my window horizontally mounted. I used a Dremel tool to do that and it only took a few minutes. Everything else including the exhaust hose (required) fit together perfectly. After physically installing in place and waiting the requisite 24 hours, the a/c turned on successfully and cooled my room within an hour. I've been using this a/c for almost a month now and it has not disappointed me at all. The filters are easy to remove, clean and re-install - the lower filter needs to have the exhaust hose temporarily disconnected from the unit but it's a snap to remove and replace. In the first two weeks of use, the filters were full of dust and fur from my cat so it's important to clean the filters every two weeks as recommended in the instructions.Here's a summary of what I like and dislike - Likes: small footprint, compact, reasonably quiet, efficient, easy to maintain, no need to drain water, caster wheels, easy installation, quick cooling. Dislikes - I wish the control panel was mounted on the top front of the unit just above the vents, instead of on the top, so it could be visible from across the room. A remote is supplied with the unit but I did not use it yet. Overall a very nice unit at a good price/value point.
