I work for an MSP and constantly forget to order screws and cage nuts for rack equipment. I bought this for one of my colleagues who kept complaining about not having enough screws and cage nuts to install all of the equipment that I purchase. He loved it and it’s one of his best Christmas presents He got this year.

Only 47 screws and 49 cage nuts but good otherwise.

These are easy to install and remove without a tool and the screws seem to find the threads without any cross threading issues like I had with the cage nuts and screws that came with our new APC cabinets. I like the all metal construction as well.

I seldom need these, but when I do, it is a pain to find them, and then I have to wait to get them delaying my work. I found this set of 100 that will ensure that I always have some on hand when needed. This set is complete with the cage nuts, screws and the spacers as well.This is a very quality set that is complete. Whether you need these for your profession, or just as a hobbyist, this set is a terrific value for the price, and I give them 5 stars.

Ah, our friend the lowly cage nut. We don't give them much thought, really. Not until we're in a colo cage at 0300, hanging from the top of a rack like some obese bat, both arms full of kit and trying to run in the screws with our tongue. That is when one begins to appreciate decent rack hardware.I like the Wang-Data hardware. The nuts fit the rack holes, the clips are springy enough to insert without the cage nut tool that someone has "borrowed" again but tight enough to stay put. I've yet to have one pop out, fall apart, or cross-thread. The screws are plenty long and thread smoothly. Nice solid cup washer, and a nylon washer that threads down to hold the cup in place. And, these are the prettiest rack screws I've seen. I kinda hate to close the rack doors... They would look great in an exposed media rack. For bonus points, these arrived packed in a latching plastic storage box. so much more professional than the collection of loose hardware, baggies, tobacco tins, etc. that I've been using. Oh yeah, the price is great as well.
