Perfect for building picture frames. They're small so you have to make sure you're putting them in close to where the picture backing needs to be held, but they also don't get in the way and don't scratch your wall. Also make sure you're keeping them in visible places or leaving them in the box while attaching them, the screws are easy to lose if you're not careful when they're out of the box. But they hold up well, and if you tighten them right they're not going to slip or drop anything. Works well, will be using them until I run out, then ordering again.

These worked great for a mirror frame that was oak and 36"x26". Screws were small but with a pilot hole and screw the turn button fasteners in by hand, they held great. You may need to put quite a few in for a heavy mirror, but getting 30 in a pack, you have enough for the job. The turn button fasteners also have a raised centerline to make the more secure when fastening to a frame.

I have been making my own rustic wood picture frames and before I would just tape the photos to the back. However I found not placing a plexiglass sheet in front would cause dust and fur to damage the photo. I ordered these to help keep the plexiglass sheet and photo on place and they work perfectly. They sit flush for when hanging them. No stripped screws that I have come across yet. They are also thin enough that if you need to bend them a bit they move easy enough to. Great handy purchase.

Thought they night be sharpened but rounded so will likely use staples to attach the picture as afraid of breaking the frame or glass.My sister showed me how they work so will try this first and maybe buy longer screws.
