I have to children on the spectrum and a baby and my middle child daughter is obsessed with them, they have different textures and feelings to them.Shiny, fuzzy, soft, rough all different textures to help calm my children during a meltdown and gets them curious in playtime.Amazing value for money, I'm going to buy more so each kid room has them (they tend to want them at the same time)They are easy to use, we have ours on the floor but can be multi use by putting on wall. They are a good size individually and very sturdy quality.Great for my children and recommend to others

This is a nice variety for the price. There are many different colors, shapes, and patterns. The set itself is a nice quality. That being said, I saw “sensory toy for autistic children” and clicked order a little too soon- I didn’t fully understand the product. My son has zero use for this even as a young child- I would only recommend this for very young, maybe even only crawling babies. (And at that point, you don’t typically have a diagnosis) I could see some 2-3 year olds possibly getting something out of this, but at 4+ they’re probably already jumping, flapping, crashing into furniture for their sensory needs. And at that point, something like this wouldn’t cut it 🤷🏼♀️

Well made, non slip, fantastic colors and textures. No bad smell right out of package. My kids were enjoying the different textures before they started playing with them.Bought for my 5 year old and 11 year old to play the floor is lava without tearing up our couch or using every pillow in the house. They also throw them as soft Frisbees.I'd definitely buy these again

Exactly as shown in images but until you touch these it’s hard to realise what the textures are really like. They need more variety. More sequin and rough textures would be good. Perhaps a pressure liquid tile or mirror tile. Most tiles are soft like velvet or flat and smooth.

Lovely product, great range of textures. Would've given 5 stars if there was a little fabric hook bit on the back so I could hang them up in our classroom Cosy Corner (ASD Class). I'm having to sew some on which is tedious.

These sensory mats are awesome! My 1.5 and almost 4 year old love them. The different textures are great for sensory exploration at all ages. The different textures, shapes, colors, and interactive material make them interesting and fun learning tools. My older daughter loves the red sequin heart that flips around to green sequins. My 1.5 year old's favorites are the moon and star shapes. She likes holding them up and singing twinkle twinkle. They have non-slip looking backs to them, but they slid around regardless. The various learning activities you can do with these are endless. They also come with a little drawstring bag (though it is not durable and I accidentally ripped it after a few days). Some games we have already played with these: jump to the shape, shape hide and seek, name the shape, name the color, find the " " shape, find a rough shape, find a soft shape, find a sparkly shape, etc. They can work as tactile flashcards, items for a calm down corner basket or wall hanging, learning tool, sensory tools, etc. These work for so many ages, stages, and children with different learning and sensory needs.

This set of sensory shapes comes with 10 different colors and textures. My son loves playing the floor is lava. These added a whole new aspect because of their texture. His favorite is the heart that has sequins that can moved one way and be red then green the other way.

This is a really cute set of multi-colored shapes to use both in toddler education and as a sensory aid. Children can easily hold the pieces and explore the different textures, from a rough, glittery star to the soft microfiber duster look of an orange square. Each shape has a protective raised dot backing. My only criticism is the shapes are not very flat and appear convex when placed on a table or floor. Included with the set is a waterproof drawstring bag and a complimentary 'Best Wishes' blank note card.

My little girl is 14 months old and loves exploring textures. She has some larger foam sensory pieces, but I thought these would be a great addition to the diaper bag. They are a nice size in that they aren’t so big that they’re not portable, and not so small that they’d get lost easily. I love that the back provides some grip, making them useful on our floor. The shapes are cute, and the colors are pretty. The textures are all different and offer a nice sensory experience. I popped these on the coffee table and she immediately went to work exploring them. The edges are crooked on some of the shapes, but let’s be honest here—these are meant to be played with, not displayed, so I don’t want to be too harsh with that criticism. Overall I’d say these are well worth the investment.
