I used these chinese cable glands on chinese high bay led lights. The fit was sloppy but acceptable.

I found these Bonsicoky NPT Nylon Cable Glands very easy to use and I expect they will prevent water from getting into the junction box. They work better with round wires than flat 14/2 wire but it was quite snug. A little silicon and it's waterproof. It does a nice job of holding the wire tightly.

Installing this I discovered that the locknut will not tighten very much before slipping the threads. This is by hand. I had to use superglue to give me the confidence that the nut will stay on and the fitting somewhat tight on the enclosure. Wouldn't buy again.
