It was easy to order and the filters came right away. They are a very good quality and will work great for their purpose. Unfortunately they are the wrong filters for my litter box. The return process was simple and quick. I am shipping it out today and I am sure I'll get my money back. I will use this company again.

By the time I opened and went to put one in my kitty litter box; realized these filters do not work. It’s a little after 30 days and can’t return; so going into the trash.For a kitty box to be cleaned out and one poop can smell a room; these are not filters. Do not buy. Will have to go to chewy or Petsmart and buy a real filter.

Disliked the fact that there is no way to secure them onto the cat box. No adhesive on product so can't use them

This item came very quickly and we started using them. There is a big difference in the litter box. No smell and we keep it cleaned out twice a day.we have the same brand litter box as this item.will buy again
