Nice quality prints and laminated as described however these are the same as others are selling where the front and back are different exercises and are all printed portrait.Also not the same exact exercise routines cards as described and pictured in the advert.

This Eight pack exercise chart set at a fabulous price point is a great addition to our home gym for at home work outs. The poster size is big enough for the graphics and examples are which are detailed and visibly clear. The poster can easily be attached to any surface with push pins, tape or Velcro.

It is a good product. Only one downside, and I am not sure how to get around that, the posters are shipped rolled. I had to place them under my mattress for a week to de-roll them so I can affix them to the wall. What would be amazing is if you guys would do the same posters in a 8" by 11" so I can take them to the gym.

Ok so I wasn't really expecting much with these to be honest, but was very happily surprised! Each of the posters has good exercises to target different muscle groups, while showing the muscle areas they will impact. The poster is setup for a vertical hanging and on the back a horizontal hanging. This way you have 1 poster that can be hung either way, to your preference.I went with the 10 pack for the price and there are probably a couple I wont hang, but the point was more for the wife to have a quick reference to find what she needs. Questions of which exercise work which muscle group is often asked, so this just helps quickly answer on my behalf. It's led to new routines and soreness in the right areas after solid workouts.At the end of the day, a poster is a poster, but these have been done in great clarity, a nice big size, and has a hanging option (vert/horiz) which is a nice touch.
