I purchased the product which said it was “Free P&P. The parcel was late and when I contacted Amazon they said that the 3rd Party seller said there was a “Customs Fee of £44:00 to pay before I can receive the product. Not happy that I had to pay this extra. And there was nothing saying this. Buyers be very aware of this

Nice quality feel to the product, made with a quality plastic.Really easy to use and once locked into place, zero movement once locked into place. Gives you a real feeling of reassurance when up and ladder, so you can fully focus on with the task at hand.

Got this for my son, he works in construction. No one he works with had ever seen this product. Suffice its well made, easy to use, and it works exactly as advertised.Twice this saved my son from falling on a job site, ladders no longer slide along uneven roofs or tip when bumped or bounced.Quite an amazing product. WIsh they had had this 40 years ago when I was climbing ladders.

Everyone who works with extension ladders needs this tool. It’s easy to use and makes all the difference in the ladder’s stability.My previous job provided their workers with “top safety equipment”. And by that they meant a bungee cord to tire to the gutter for your 20+ foot extension ladder. This clamp is SO much more stable than a cord. It clamps to the side of the ladder and not leaving a cord for you to trip on over a rung.I would suggest if you are a coward like me to get two of these claps, one for each side of the ladder.

Great quality well made product ,be better if was made in the USA but still really nice . I have a little giant ladder so it didn’t tighten down enough i added a piece of plywood between the ladder and gutter and that did the trick very tight, very secure as a side benefit my plywood trick helped to protect the gutters from ladder scratches and distributed the weight of the ladder ,so back to Amazon to order (ladders little helper) I will add my plywood to that then my life will be complete probably don’t need 2 of them however I thought if one is good 2 would really be good so Back to Amazon to order another one . Yes I know ,I have a Amazon ordering compulsion, They should start AA //Amazon anonymous //

I was a bit leery to buy this unit since I live in Québec, Canada and it is advertised as fitting gutters in Australia. To my great relief, this fits perfectly well on the local gutters. I didn't realize that you could buy a pair at a slightly lower price but I did order a second unit. One unit should be sufficient but at 20 feet in the air I will feel a lot more secure with a second unit. The quality and ease of use of the product is above reproach. I'd recommend this to anyone climbing a ladder at any heights.

I'm 65 y/o with a lot of back, joint and knee issues and surgeries and when reaching the top of the ladder to move onto the roof is a challenge and precarious when no one is around to hold the ladder for stability. Ditto climbing back onto the ladder for the descent. This tool gets the job done! It secures the ladder firmly to the gutter and prevents movement sideways in either direction or from slipping backwards. Another bonus is that the ladder won't budge if it is hit by my hose or leaf blower, causing it to topple and fall to the ground, stranding me on the roof ( that had happened before this purchase). If a sense of security and safety appeals to you, I highly recommend this quality tool! 👌 👍

I wish I had the money to buy every contractor who climbs a ladder one of these. It’s such a vital asset. There are so many stories of a catastrophic fall and ladder safety is so important. The issue isn’t usually getting on the roof, it’s getting off. You are committing your weight toward the fall side and the ladder is generally unsupported left and right and definitely not supported toward the fall side.Lock Jaw anchors the ladder and prevents side to side slides, tips and kick outs.Some things to think about:If there are gutter guards you must remove a small section to anchor the lockjaw.This is a tool that greatly increases EXISTING ladder safety principles. Not replace them.But it’s durable, easy to use and is a no brained for your climbs. Pair it with a ladder helper and the gutters stay clean and you stay safe
