This is an inexpensive high quality disk brake caliper piston compressor that is efficient and gentle on brake pistons when compressing. I have used C clamps to press in brake cylinders but there is always the risk of the uneven distribution of pressure which can damage the calipers piston surface. This does the job and at a great price.

This Sinytuto Disc Brake Pad Spreader tool is a simple but useful tool to spread the brake caliper in order to make room to replace the worn brake pads with new pads. It was simple to use and worked great, although one of the vehicles I used it on had 14 year old calipers that sit outside all year in the snow, rain and/or heat so it was a bit challenging to turn the plastic knob for one of the calipers; however, of the 8 calipers I used it on - it was great 7 of those times but got the job done every time.
