ordered these 6/32 couplers for the 6/32 bolts for exterior sconces, yet these don't really fit the bolts and these bolts are verified 6/32 due to taking them to the hardware store in hopes of finding these couplers. So I don't understand how they don't fit. So returning hopefully they can return and replace or i'll just order them somewhere else.

even the bag listed 8 pieces, so failed heat seal seam probably allowed 4 escapees.not worth fussing over, but only getting half what you paid for will leave you cranky ........

These nuts are just what I expected. The internal hole has ribs around it spiraling at a pitch of 8/32. The outside is kinda shiny with six sides. These smooth sides make fastening to bolts easy when using a wrench. The longer length is useful for extended reach.

I had purchased a ceiling light and the screws were too short for my application . I just cut addition 8/32 screws down to the size i need . Then i used these Couplings to complete the installation . They were Invaluable in my situation.Without these coupling nuts , I Still would not my ceiling light Installed and Completed . You saved My Bacon ! C.W.N.
