I plug this device in over my headboard, just over my head, and when I put it on 8Hz I sleep like a baby. I have a speaker plugged into the audio jack so it's putting out the 8Hz audio frequency (nearly inaudible) and the 8Hz EMF from the on board antenna. The combination puts me in to deep deep sleep. I love it.

This is not a sound machine. This generates a frequency field of 3 to 4 feet and it affects your whole body. This is not an auditory frequency. This is an actual energy field creator.Simply type in whatever frequency you want to generate and sit within 3 feet of the machine. Astonishingly effective

To make it work plug in a speaker or headset. You will hear it humming. I love the frequency 174 hz. I cannot believe how much it helped my pain. Now if only they would make a case to put it in. Bought 2. I want one for each of my rooms. Please improve the directions.

No sound. Tried it with two sets of speakers, laptop, home computer, headphones and literally nothing. No instructions, had to watch a YouTube video. Dont waste hour money. I am requesting a refund. Would give it zero stars if I could.

I have used various positive offset frequency generators to kill germs and break down toxins since 1997. These are great for denaturing undesirable molecules and I am good at figuring out the complexities that now entails. But to add beneficial frequencies, one needs a sine wave generator and I didn't have one. I accidentally stumbled upon this one, and for 20 bucks, I thought could hardly go wrong.I have been using it for a couple weeks and am very well satisfied. It is silent and child's play simple to operate (and I am a computer idiot). It sends the sine wave field in about a 5 foot diameter sphere. It does not seem to penetrate solid objects like tables or walls, which is exactly what I would expect.I am in the process of muscle testing to figure out useful frequencies. Most frequency lists are designed to break things down using positive offset square wave devices, so most of those numbers are useless for adding physiologically healing frequencies. The only one I knew previously was a Russian one, 59.3 Hz. While to use the device optimally, one either needs to find a list of sine wave effective healing frequencies or be/find a good muscle tester to help. But even if one only uses it for the 59.3 Hz and the well known Schumann frequency 7.83 Hz, or experiment with various brain wave frequencies, for the low cost, this is well worth the purchase.
