These are decent wraps. I was starting to get some soreness in one elbow doing bench presses, so some extra support seemed like a good idea. I still get a bit of soreness, but these do definitely help relieve the feeling that the elbow is going to give out under the strain.

At 50 years old, and still and avid gym rat, my joints don't work nearly as well as they used to. Aches & pains leave me no other option than to wrap up like a freakin' mummy. My left elbow in particular, has been giving me trouble with my overhead and bench presses. I've never used an elbow wrap in the past, so this was new for me. I used it on chest day with my overhead presses with a 100lb dumbbell. Where I've felt pain in the past, I felt none with this wrap employed. I was able to get through my workout feeling like a champ! The far end of this wrap is more of a sleeve. You pull it over your elbow, and then use the slack to wrap it to your liking. This is great because it gives you a base of support with the sleeve, and extra support in all your selected areas with the wrap portion. The material is strong and has a very nice compressing elasticity to it. It does have a good bit of rebound to it, so I'm sure that offsets some of the weight you press. But it also gives you the support right where you need it.At $18.99 for a set, you simply can't go wrong. Excellent value! These are extremely well made and should last a very long time. While the listing says they're made of cotton, there is definitely some materials that provide a strong elasticity, which is a good thing!Excellent wraps! I'm very pleased with them.

These wraps have worked out pretty well for me so far. They are easy to put on and they do a good job of supporting my body. The only issue I have had is they are not the most comfortable. I wish they had maybe a cover of something soft and smooth. Not only that if you have sensitive skin, this may cause a light rash or irritation. Just washing it in some water might help, seems like it still has factory stuff still on it.These have worked out good so far, if you have sensitive skin I might look else where, otherwise these are fine.

I'm a lady, and these wraps are too big for me in that they wrap too many times around my thinner arms, and so they are too thick/restricting. I can spread them out to avoid that, but then half my arm is wrapped instead of just around my elbows. They seem like good quality, they are quite stiff. They do work as described and would fit larger arms or men's arms much better than mine. The velcro is strong and they look sharp. They'd help as needed for elbow pain relief and stability during lifts. Easy enough to use, pretty self explanatory.

These are very long and good quality--I don't think they'll fall apart. I find them to be super comfortable, and I like that you can easily adjust the size. I have thinner arms, and I was worried that they would be too big. I didn't mind wrapping them around an extra time, and I didn't feel that they were too bulky. I don't use these for lifting. I actually use them to support my elbow from bending too far because sometimes I get ulnar nerve issues. This worked well. The main benefit is how customizable these are.

The FLEXI MUSCLES – Elbow Wraps are constructed of a thick, elastic material. The straps are about 3 ¼ inches wide and almost 4 feet long. One end is folded over and sewn to form a band that goes around your arm and goes around your bicep. The rest of the strap is would around your arm and elbow and secured at the other end with the velcro on the strap (wrap your arm like you would with an ace/gauze bandage). You have to practice a bit with getting the strap wrapped around and positioned where you want it. Once the FLEXI MUSCLES Elbow Wrap is on your arm, it provides good compression. However, after bending your arm much or too often, the wrap moves and loosens, eventually sipping out of place or unraveling down the arm. It is okay for wearing when not intending to use your arm(s), which makes me wonder how it would really be effective if using while lifting weights (?). Very nice strap material, a good idea, but for use with limited movement.

I ordered these to support my elbows during heavy weightlifting exercises that require me to push upward, outward, downward, such as bench presses, military presses, standing or lying triceps extensions, triceps pushdown, etc. These wraps give terrific support to my elbows, they allow me to perform previously mentioned exercises with no pain, and the stability that they provide to my elbows gives me the confidence to lift heavier weights than I would without them. These wraps have a sewn loop that goes on to my arm first and fits very snug. It allows me to, easily, wrap up my elbows and to get them as tight as I want them to be. The velcro closure is very strong, I have never had a problem with the velcro loosening before, during, or after a set/lift. These wraps are longer than my other elbow wraps, which I really like, so I am able to get plenty of compression to my elbows and surrounding areas. The wraps are thick, durable, just well made all around, in my opinion.

This review is for "Elbow Wraps for Weightlifting (1 Pair) Adjustable Elbow Compression Straps & Joint Support Brace - Ideal for Bench Press, Powerlifting, and Gym Workouts." I have sensitive skin, it was too uncomfortable for me to wear. Package didn't come with instructions, so I tried my best to wear it a few different ways. No matter which way I tried...the straps are just too uncomfortable for me. It says in the description that the material is cotton. Not sure about that...cuz this is the first time cotton material made my arms red and itchy. Passing on this one.
