The trampoline itself is great and the set-up was fairly straight forward. The rectangular shape fits well in our yard and the "springiness" of the trampoline is awesome. We had a slight issue with the instructions, but figured it out within a week when bolts were breaking.

Trampoline was easy to install. Took me 2 hours with no help. Instructions are easy to follow and parts go together easily. Kids love it! It’s huge, has great bounce, seems to be made of durable material and is stable.

This trampoline was easy to assemble. Just two of us put it together in a little over an hour. When first jumping on it, it seemed a bit stiff, but it loosened up after repeat jumping.I like that it has a good warranty. It is important to me that a company will stand behind it's product.I like that the net connects to the outside so there is standing room if more than one person is on at the same time. The net and spring cover are very tight and secure around the edges, and I like that, however, when leaves or other debris get on the trampoline, you can't push them over the edge. I got a little dust broom for that reason.I like that it comes with a stepping mat. The ladder could be a bit more sturdy--the steps are thin and uncomfortable to climb, especially coming out of the net enclosure. But all in all it is a great trampoline.

Bought 15’ version to replace a worn out skywalker trampoline. First, the weight rating is more than double the previous unit and my kids have grown as well. The trampoline is more stiff and does not drop as much under a static load. Harder to judge when jumping but it also seems more suited to my teenage girls. The materials are absolutely better. The spring cover is a heavy PVC vs the much thinner cover on the old unit. I suspect the net will fail first under the UV rays and weather. Spring cover should last a couple years more though. Our spring pad on the old union basically disintegrated by the third season.The net assembly was a bit of a pain with all the clamps.Overall, might be the best trampoline in this price range and worth the increased cost if your kids are older. If my kids we around 3 or 4, I might stay with the cheaper skywalker unit. Outdoors, figure you maybe four summers before safety features are severely degraded and it is better to upgrade than repair. I hope the better quality of the Zupapa will get us well into high school making this our last trampoline.

Our very tall kid needed the 15' size and is able to flip and fully enjoy this very sturdy product. We researched multiple competing products in the midst of the pandemic before selecting this product - and we are glad we found it. Notice that the netting poles go to the ground and anchor to the base foundation. The mat fully covers the springs so there is no worry about exposure to little ones, and our kiddo indicates it is one of the best ones for bounce (compared to all the friends and neighbors). Compare also the weight it is and the weight it will handle - nothing else compared. This seller Zupapa is wonderful too - everything beautifully wrapped with instructions and arrived earlier than Amazon thought. Then two months after we had it up and used daily, that uncommon derecho wind grabbed and tossed it. We worked through the seller rep (Brandline) and got daily messages to coordinate getting the few replacement parts we needed (surprisingly no damage to netting or mat or cover yet at a time when the website indicated out of stock). And then they sent the parts we needed by express delivery WITHOUT ANY CHARGE to us. So rare these days to see goodwill, but they both (Brandline and Zupapa) said they felt badly that we had it such a short time that they didn't want to charge us for the replacement parts. Now that is customer service!! I'm going to try to buy all I can from these companies who stand behind their products and help when a customer has a need. Our family members have now bought this trampoline on our recommendation and love it also, FYI.

I did a lot of research on 15ft trampolines with safety nets. I picked this particular trampoline due to the high build quality and all of the great reviews. I ordered several weeks before Christmas and good thing I did. The trampoline came in 3 boxes as mentioned in this description by a preferred shipping company. The largest box was damaged in transit which wasn't ideal so emailed Zupapa Customer Support and within a few hours I got a response. They asked me to open the box and take inventory for missing parts and damaged parts. I took a picture of everything in this box to help Customer support representative. Within a few hours I got a response and they immediately expressed shipped a box with all of the missing and damaged parts. I will let you know i used a cart to move the 3 boxes since they were large and heavy. I read through the i included instructions and watched a video on assembling the trampoline on YouTube. You get a nice pair of gloves and tools to build the trampoline. The trampoline went together fairly easily. I did install high wind anchors since we live in a windy area. I had a great experience working with this vendor and would highly recommend Zupapa Trampoline.Follow up 9/28/2021I sent an email to the Zupapa Customer Support Team. I received a response in a timely manner. I needed to order a support pole for the net pole due to a tree getting struck by lightening. A huge piece of the tree fell on the one side of the net and bent one of the poles. We had a birthday party happening in 3 days time. I asked if there was any way to add 2 day shipping to the order. The Customer Service agent took care of the entire situation. I received the pole in 2 days. The support team tracked the order to make sure it arrived on time. I installed the new pole when it arrived. I sent a follow up email thanking them for all of their work. It was so nice having the trampoline for the birthday party. The best part was they took care of the entire bill for the 2 day shipping and the pole. That is amazing Customer Service.Sincerely,David C
